The 21st Anniversary Flash Event Spectacularly Held of COSUN

To celebrate the 21st anniversary of COSUN and further deepen the understanding and resonance of corporate culture, on November 25th, the company simultaneously held the “Youth in Full Bloom, Cultural Co-Growth” anniversary flash event at Pingdi and Baolong Park. Challenge ① Corporate Culture Knowledge Quiz
Employees scanned QR codes on site to answer questions online, scoring 80 points or above to pass. Everyone revisited values, business concepts, and cultural stories during the quiz, with knowledge and enthusiasm both ‘online.’

Challenge ② Cultural Monopoly
A “COSUN Growth Map” was laid out on the ground, and participants rolled dice to advance. The easygoing game format allowed corporate culture to be naturally integrated into daily life with every toss and every step forward.

Challenge ③ Joyful Star Accumulation
Personal points cards were distributed before the event, and participants accumulated stars through four types of actions: “On-time Attendance,” “Sharing Posters,” “Interactive Video Account,” and “Sharing Tweets.” Collecting 5 stars allowed participants to pass. The sound of stamping on site was continuous, showcasing employees’ support and enthusiasm for corporate activities.

“Little COSUN Stickers” Special Reward
Additionally, in this year’s public charity activities such as volunteer blood donation and accompanying runs, colleagues who actively participated and excelled in the values of “Active, Focused, Sharing” received special “Little COSUN Stickers,” giving them another chance to win gifts, making it one of the most anticipated surprises at the event.

All colleagues who passed the challenge games could participate in winning gifts or drawing blind box gifts. Even colleagues who failed the challenges received carefully prepared snack gift packs from the company, ensuring warmth and continuous benefits.

On the day of the event, Pingdi Park also specifically arranged a “Birthday Cake Sharing” session, where everyone gathered to send birthday blessings to the company for its 21st anniversary.
