On March 20, the spring equinox, a time when all things come back to life. The morning in Shenzhen still carries a hint of coolness, but a warm light has already illuminated the entrance of the Longgang Rescue Station. The four large characters “Loving Home” on the doorway stand out particularly in the morning sun, as if to say: this is not the end, but the beginning of a new life.
From orphanage to rescue station,
a relay of love spanning several years.
COSUN SIGN has been committed to caring for vulnerable groups and has persisted in carrying out low-carbon environmental public welfare, voluntary blood donation, and other activities for many years. In 2023 and 2024, we visited the Longgang Welfare Institute for two consecutive years to see the children there. During this process, we met Miss Wang—the then staff member of the center.
Subsequently, we toured the first-floor service hall and the second-floor activity area, deeply communicating with the long-term residents at the rescue station, chatting with them and playing puzzle games.
As the event came to a close, standing in the corridor of the rescue station, we looked at the slogan on the wall “Let the helpless receive help, let the lost find their way home,” with emotions and strength surging in our hearts. Thank you, Longgang Rescue Station, for giving us the opportunity to be a part of love. We believe that every act of kindness is a glimmer of light. And countless glimmers of light will ultimately illuminate this world.
