Project Overview

Xiaotiancai Talent Apartment (Phase I) sits in Dongguan’s Binhaiwan New Area. In 2026, COSUN SIGN designed, manufactured and installed its signage across the site — the residential blocks and their common interiors, the landscaped grounds, the swimming pool, and the underground parking. The work covered unit markers, building signs, directional wayfinding, facility boards, and safety signage.

Project Snapshot

1. Residential Building and Interior Signs

Indoors, the signage splits into location and safety. Interior building signs, including building numbers, unit and room signs, floor numbers and elevator-lobby markers, handle everyday wayfinding. Around the service and fire areas, there are fire evacuation maps, hydrant identification, elevator safety notices, push/pull signs, anti-collision strips, notice boards and portable warning signs.

2. Outdoor Residential Signage and Landscape Wayfinding

Outdoors, the signage splits between wayfinding and the rules of shared spaces. Outdoor building signage includes pedestrian direction signs, landscape maps and public notice boards, plus space-specific markers — children’s play area rules, EV charging zones, plant warnings, pet etiquette, and tree labels.

3. Swimming Pool Signs and Facility Identification

Around the pool, the signage handles both operations and safety. Rules, opening hours and water-quality boards sit alongside changing-room signs and pump-room identification. These building signs help identify supporting facilities and communicate essential information throughout the pool area.

4. Underground Parking Signage and Directional Signs

Underground, the signs pull double duty: direction and identification. There are entrance and ramp signs, lane direction markers, hanging space identifiers and column signs, along with signs marking each parking unit’s entrance and the way up to the elevator lobbies. Together, these directional signs help drivers and pedestrians navigate the parking area.

Project Insight

One residential development, four distinct signage environments. The indoor common spaces, landscaped grounds, swimming pool and underground parking each require a different mix of signs. Bringing these varied requirements together made this a comprehensive residential signage project, rather than a single-area installation.
