For big or special project, we will organise a pre-order discussion meeting with our team, will check if any questions on drawing, specification changes and the timeline including to buy materials, design, manufacture and also shipping. After the meeting with our team, we can set up a meeting with the customers to give feedback to make sure all clear.

After Pre-order Discuss, the designer will start to make shop drawing for our workers to fabricate the product, we will also send the shop drawing to the customers for approval, if any change on specification, we will show them on the drawing. Once the shop drawing is confirmed, we can proceed with production immediately.

With a 37,000 sqm factory, 500+ employees and 3 manufcaturing bases, we can provide high-quality products by required time. We utilize advanced equipments in the sign industry, to increase the proportion of automated production, ensure quality consistency and production efficiency. Additionally, we conduct quality inspections for each process during manufacturing to strictly control the quality standards.

In order to provide better service for our customers, we have a professional project management team to offer turnkey solutions, including pricing, design, the timeline on manufacture and shipping. And our sales team will maintain communication with customers to provide feedback on the project.

We have a logistics management team to deal with the shipping, and we collaborate with DHL, UPS and Fedex, enabling us to ship products worldwide. For any shipment, our team will ask different forwarders to compare the price, time and service, to help our customers to choose the most suitable shipping way.
