Ooredoo commercial office building, is the largest telecom operator in Maldives Ooredoo company in Hulhumale island new headquarters office building, construction area of about 8200 square meters, underground 2 floors, twelve floors above ground, building height of 42 meters, novel shape, complex structure, full glass curtain wall exterior decoration, internal fine decoration. 1. Rooftop identity & illuminated channel letters
We engineered custom rooftop channel letters sized and mounted for maximum visibility across the island — a high-impact rooftop identity that strengthens Ooredoo’s brand presence day and night. Our illuminated channel letters use sealed LED modules with IP65 rating and robust stainless steel mounting frames to resist corrosion and ensure long service life in Maldives’ marine climate.
2. Façade-integrated exterior signage
To preserve the building’s curtain-wall aesthetics we designed low-profile backing plates and concealed fixings that attach securely to the curtain-wall structure without compromising drainage or cladding integrity. All exterior signs received powder-coated aluminium faces and marine-grade anchors to extend lifespan.
3. Interior wayfinding & ADA sign system
A consistent visual language was applied across reception, lift lobbies, corridors and tenant areas. We delivered modular, ADA-compliant room signs, tactile signage, and directional lightboxes positioned at key decision points to create an intuitive visitor flow. The wayfinding signage system is flexible for future changes and aligns with Ooredoo’s corporate identity.
4. Materials & engineering for coastal durability
Our specification included powder-coated aluminium, acrylic faces, marine-grade stainless anchors and sealed LED modules to mitigate salt corrosion. All electrical components were IP65 or higher and wiring pathways were protected with corrosion-resistant conduits.
