The 2025 Internal Employee Team Building Event “Climbing Meisha Peak, Marching Forward Together” by COSUN

On May 18, COSUN SIGN organized an internal employee team building event themed “Climbing Meisha Peak, Marching Forward Together” for 2025. The event took the form of a hiking challenge, dividing all participants into 8 groups, starting along the classic route of Tea Creek Valley – Sun Yat-sen’s Gengzi Uprising Sculpture Park – Xiao Sanzhou Tang Zuiying Pavilion – Dam Road – Meisha Peak, with some teams bravely challenging the routes to Yapo Di and Yunhai Square, fully embodying the spirit of perseverance and collaboration.

1. Ready to go, passionate journey
In the early morning, two buses slowly departed from Pingdi and Baolong, carrying eager COSUN SIGN employees to the starting point of the team building – Tea Creek Valley. Before departure, the company carefully prepared energy supplies and medical kits for each member to ensure a safe journey. As the signal to start sounded, the team set off in an orderly manner, officially beginning the mountain path. What moved forward was not just footsteps, but also a portrayal of cohesion and centripetal force.

2. Check in at the mountains, accompanied by spring sunshine
Each check-in point is a mark of perseverance. Every pause is a proof of passion.

3. Mutual help, climbing to the top together
Facing the winding mountain roads and increasingly steep slopes, no COSUN SIGN employee went alone. During the climb, everyone looked out for each other, shared water and food, encouraged teammates who fell behind, and bursts of laughter and playful banter could be heard. Teams supported each other, members cheered one another on, and a relaxed and tacit atmosphere ran throughout, truly showcasing the warmth and strength of team building.

4. Highlight moments, spectacular blooms
After the event, everyone gathered for a dinner, where sumptuous dishes washed away the fatigue, and laughter and joy were filled with abundant energy. Conversations at the table revolved around fun stories and insights from the climb, bringing everyone closer together. Awards were presented on-site to the top three groups that excelled in the climbing challenge. This honor belonged not only to the winners but to every COSUN SIGN employee who persevered and supported each other till the end.
