The first batch of the first characteristic towns in Fujian Province, Donghu Town, is based on the policy plateau of the core area of the Maritime Silk Road, national new area, free trade zone, ecological civilization advance demonstration zone, Fu Xia Quan National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. It is a policy highland of “five zones superimposed” and “one zone adjacent” to Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
