The Ooredoo Headquarters in Hulhumalé is a 42-meter office building with a full glass curtain wall façade. Rooftop Sky Signage
The rooftop 3d illuminated channel letters serve as the building’s primary brand identifier.
To improve corrosion resistance in the Maldives’ high-salt environment, the structure combines marine-grade aluminum with 316 stainless steel fasteners and industrial powder-coated finishes.
The lighting system uses IP65-rated LED modules with a service life exceeding 50,000 hours. Connected to the Building Management System (BMS), the illumination automatically adjusts to ambient light, reducing unnecessary power consumption while maintaining consistent nighttime visibility.
Glass Curtain Wall Installation
Unlike conventional exterior office building signs, this project required installation on a full glass curtain wall.
To meet the structural requirements of the glass façade, COSUN SIGN engineered a concealed mounting system that avoids interference with the curtain wall drainage system and structural components while eliminating exposed brackets. The installation preserves the original architectural appearance of the façade and provides convenient access for future maintenance without affecting the curtain wall system.
Interior Office Wayfinding Signage
The interior wayfinding signage solutions include ADA Braille office signs, room identification signs, floor directory signs, directional signs, and other office building signs.
Tactile lettering and Braille improve accessibility, while all signage follows consistent standards for typography, materials, finishes, and mounting details throughout the headquarters.
