Qianhai Mawan Start-up Area Phase I covers 80.3 hectares and serves as the core district of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Service City.

The development includes office buildings, pedestrian corridors, transportation facilities, and public spaces. Challenge

Large business districts require more than individual building signs. The project demanded a unified wayfinding system that could improve navigation across multiple office buildings while allowing future information updates and maintaining long-term durability in a coastal environment.

Solution

As a China signage factory and signage supplier in China, COSUN developed a modular wayfinding signage solution for the entire district.

A consistent visual language was applied across transportation areas, pedestrian routes, and office buildings. Standardized information hierarchy helps visitors move efficiently throughout the development, while modular sign components allow tenant information to be updated without replacing the entire structure.
