The project has a total construction area of over 610,000 square meters, composed of ten all-glass curtain wall towers, the highest reaching 249.5 meters, inspired by the spatial imagery of “island clusters,” focusing on global cutting-edge R&D resources. It is a future-oriented R&D community that integrates office, living, exhibition, and public services.

In this research and development park full of futuristic and technological feel, COSUN provides a comprehensive wayfinding signage solution, covering various functional areas including apartments, commerce, investment promotion center, transmission institute, underground parking, outdoor and central circular road.
